There simply is no need to take your business anywhere else! Great service at a great price, highly satisfied and thanks!
The service was incredible! Transmission Clinic diagnosed my car, gave me at a very reasonable price and I had my car back and all ready to go in 2 days! The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions about routine maintenance and told me to call if I ever had any questions! I would highly recommend Transmission Clinic to anyone!
The service here is second to none. It's so hard these days to trust that a business truly puts the customer first. Craig and Nancy absolutely do! I appreciate how they took care of my son's car and stood behind their work. I will recommend them to anyone who needs transmission work on their car. Wish there were more businesses like this around.
This is an A+ shop. I had a re-manufactured transmission put in at another shop. The transmission shifted hard. Their response was the transmission was junk and I should have had them rebuilt my old tranny. I had the tranny checked out at a better rated transmission shop in Kalamazoo. They were nice and helpful, but their inspection missed the problem. If I had stopped with the advice from these two shops, I would have suffered much expense and inconvenience even though the ETE transmission folks would have honored their two year warranty. I called Automatic Transmission Clinic only after a friend in the auto repair business claimed they were the best. I was looking for a quality install as I suspected a bad install was the blame. I was convinced they were the best, but they suggested to first let them check to make sure the transmission was the problem. Since I have substantial diy auto repair knowledge, my instincts thought this was a waste of time, but o.k.. They did an excellent job of troubleshooting. Even a history search of the problem. Per their expertise, test, and readings they knew only two failures could exist a stuck high pressure regulation valve or a bad PCM. The stuck valve is indeed a rarity as compared to the trucks history of bad PCMs. No charge! The transmission is fine and it was the PCM. I guessing this shop saved me well over a grand $$. My wife wants to drop some treats off at the shop.
I recently had the tranny in my '91 Mercury Sable rebuilt by the Automatic Transmission Clinic. I found Craig, Mark and Nancy very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my many questions. The age and design of the transmission presented some challenges but staff were not at all hesitant and I am very well pleased with the outcome. These people are gracious, friendly, honest and very competent. They stand by their work. They work on vintage automatic transmissions as well. In this spring I'll have them do my '51 Ford and I don't turn that over to just anybody!
Nancy - Just a quick note to thank you for everything you did in looking after our daughter's car. I know it turned out to be fine, but you treated both of us with courtesy, promptness, and respect. We appreciate you all at ATC very much. I know at some point we're likely to need help with a transmission issue, so it's nice to know exactly who to call and where to go in the future!
